1. Your 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We only want satisfied customers. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, just email us within 30 days and if we can't fix the problem to your satisfaction, we will issue a full refund.

2. The Order Process
All on-line orders are automatically screened to eliminate likely cases of fraud and unfortunately, this does mean that some legitimate orders also get blocked. If your order is rejected, please try again making sure your name and postal address are exactly as shown on your credit card statements. If possible, you should also avoid giving a free email address (eg. hotmail).

Occasionally the order website does get busy, in which case please try again later. If problems persist, remember that you can always order using PayPal instead.

3. Security Concerns
All our software is 100% spyware-free and has been certified safe by at least two different anti-virus programs. We respect your privacy and will never sell or misuse your personal details.

All our order pages use secure encryption which means that even if a criminal was able to intercept your communication with us, they still wouldn't be able to read your card details. This is very safe indeed - technically speaking, even safer than ordering over an unencrypted phone or fax line! Not one of our customers has ever reported a case of fraud resulting from their order.

There is a common misconception that using a credit card on-line is unsafe. Whilst it is true that fraud does occur on the internet, it is rarely the result of honest citizens using their cards on-line. Instead, what happens is that criminals obtain credit card details from dishonest shop assistants, restaurant waiters, discarded receipts, etc, and then use them to order products via the internet. All the evidence suggests that it is actually far safer for you to use your credit card on-line than in a typical high-street shop.

4. Downloading & Installation Support
When you click a link to download a program, your internet browser will usually offer a choice to "Open" or "Save" the file. We recommend you choose "Save". Make a careful note of the name of the file and the folder to which you save it. When the download has completed, you will need to locate the file (eg. using Windows Explorer) and then run it (usually by double-clicking).

If you get a "CRC error" or a "not a Win32 executable" error when trying to install one of our games, the download was probably incomplete. Check you have sufficient space on your hard-drive, then download again.

If you continue to have trouble downloading, try running an up-to-date virus scan on your PC. If you are using a download manager, you may want to try temporarily disabling it. Our servers do sometimes get busy, so it may also help if you try again at a different time of day.

If you have installed the full game, but it looks identical to the demo, it is because you have installed both versions to different folders on your hard-drive and are still running the old one by mistake. Please uninstall/delete ALL copies of the game, then re-install the full version.

5. How To Back-Up The Full Version
If you buy Astrogeddon, you don't need to back-up the program itself as you can simply download the trial version and unlock it to create the full version. Just remember to keep your registration name/key in a safe place.

If you opt to download the full version of one of our other games, you must make a back-up copy on disk in case you need to re-install at a future date (eg. if your hard-drive crashes or if you buy a new computer).

We recommend you back up the installation program (cc2full.exe, tf_full.exe or af_full.exe), but if you have already deleted it, you can copy the program folder instead (eg. C:\Program Files\CrossCraze2). Make sure you copy all sub-folders as well. You can place a shortcut on your desktop by right-clicking on the game's executable file (eg. CrossCraze2.exe) in Windows Explorer and selecting "Send To" / "Desktop" from the pop-up menu.

If you don't have a CD-writer or similar back-up device, please order the CD-ROM instead.
