Your privacy is very important to us, and we take it seriously.
Any personal information, such as names and contact addresses, which we receive through support requests, correspondence or other means, will be treated with the strictest confidentiality, will never be sold to other entities, and will be retained only as long as needed.
In-app adverts are provided by third-parties, which may use device or user identifiers to serve personalised content (i.e. ads relevant to your specific interests, chosen on the basis of previously collected data, such as your search queries, web history and app usage).
Where required by regional regulations, non-personalised ads will be served instead (i.e. ads selected on the basis of contextual information, such as your coarse, city-level location, and the content of the app, rather than your past behaviour).
ORT Software has no access to any personal information held by the advertising services.
The advertising networks we use are:
All our customer orders are handled by third-party payment processors. Some of these payment processors may provide ORT Software with limited personal information (e.g. names and email addresses) to allow us to identify and support our customers, but we never have access to any of your banking details.
The payment processors we work with are:
As a service to our paying Windows customers (and to anyone else who so requests), we can keep you informed of updates to our software. We try to keep these emails short and infrequent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
ORT Software will never sell your email address to a third-party, and nor will we disclose it to anyone except the above-mentioned mailing service.
In common with almost all companies operating on the internet, ORT Software records how visitors interact with our website (e.g. where people go on our site, how long they stay on each page, and which browsers and operating systems they use).
We do this to identify any problems in how visitors navigate our site, and to improve their experience.
